My first champagne cake! It is entirely edible! It was also one of the tallest cakes I have made so far after I assembled everything together. I was excited to make this as it contains many elements which I could play around with. It took me about 2 days to do this as well as there were many parts to this.

The bucket was made out entire of cake to serve 50 pax. The champagne bottle was made out of rice crispies which was rather yummy as well! Contains a mix of butter, marshmallow and rice crispies! Lastly, the 'ice' which you see on the bucket is made out of isomalt. It is edible ice that doesn't melt! :)

Am very thankful to Della for entrusting the cake to me! Looking forwars to do more challenging cakes! :)
