I love eating cakes and desserts and wanted to be able to eat them as and when I liked, so I began my baking journey as a teenager. I was constantly experimenting different recipes and had many thrills and horrors over my results. But I felt a sense of satisfaction when I was successful in producing something which my family enjoys eating. 

In 2010, I stumbled upon the hit TV series Cake Boss and Fabulous Cakes. Amazed and inspired by what they could do, I decided to bake cakes which were not only delicious, but aesthetically pleasing. I started experimenting on my own. Over the years, my passion for cake decorating grew, and I wanted to get better and expand my skill set.

Consequently, I've been upgrading myself through videos, reading books and taking up courses.

I love decorating cakes with fondant, especially making figurines and flowers as I am able to personalize beautiful and realistic looking cakes. I feel excited whenever I am tasked to make a cake. 

 

Most of my inspiration comes from my baby Keiko who keeps me happy everyday. He is my baby kitty :) Hence the logo was created after him and colored pink to suit The Pink Treats and myself as that is my favourite color.
