Buttercream Cakes

I must admit I am a bit of a perfectionist and I would like my cakes to look presentable and look good. I was intrigued by fondant cakes because of their finishing and its possibility to make almost anything under the sun, which is why I mainly focus on fondant cakes. So finally one day I decided to give buttercream as a decorating medium a try. They actually look pretty! :D I love the ruffles!!! Its quite nice that I was able to do all of that with my first try which was even more encouraging!
